Cross Country team makes trip to Fresno to represent school in state championship

The LPC Cross Country team will be in Fresno this saturday, Nov. 17 for the state championships. 24 schools will be at the meet compet- ing for state supremacy. 10 from northern california and 14 from southern california.

Men’s and wom- en’s soccer teams fail to make the playoffs; men have not made playoffs in decade

Both the Men and Women soccer teams failed to make the postseason. The Lady Hawks have not reached the postseason since 2010 and the men have not qualified in over a decade.
Hawks    forward    Cody Hoster finished the season with a team-high 31 points. This was good enough for the 11th highest point total in the state. Lady Hawks forward Melissa Aboud totaled 40 points this season which was the 14th highest point total in the state.

Basketball season kicks off with a boom for Lady Hawks; Bonderer scores 27 points

Both the men and women basketball teams at LPC have gotten off to a good start. The mens’ squad went 2-1 in the LPC Tipoff Classic tourna- ment while the Lady Hawks won their first game on the road againt Lassen College in a 78-57 blowout. Forward Carlie Bonderer scored 27 points and managed 14 rebounds and four assists.
